KUZA has operations across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique,and Tanzania and a network of 750,000 smallholder farmersResponsibilities as a Dedicated Coach:✔ Worked USAID funded project ''Kuza in Bangladesh'' in collaboration with Care Bangladesh at Habiganj (Baniachong & Ajmiriganj) & Sunamganj (Dowarabazar & Tahirpur) Areas, introduced digitally entrepreneurship development in agriculture sectors. ✔ Engage agripreneurs(Livestock Vaccinator, Seed Agent, Produce Collector) to help them access mentorship & training support to improve their knowledge and skills in agribusiness.✔ Conduct mentorship training sessions for agripreneurs on agronomy or business skills.✔ Conduct stakeholders meetings, as well coordinate partnership management with the implementation partners & other stakeholders to aggregate demand, linkage to service providers, and extension services. ✔ Guide, monitor & mentor the agripreneurs through their entrepreneurial journey (goals, record keeping, farmer training, and business growth & performance).✔ Gather feedback from agripreneurs and document the same by compiling periodic reports.
