KUZA Biashara, a private-sector social enterprise, is creating opportunities for ruralyouth, women, and small business owners by building their capacities asAgripreneurs via its Rural Entrepreneur Development Incubators (REDI). EachAgripreneur offers bundled services of crop/ animal advisory and facilitates inputs,credit, and markets to a cohort of 200 smallholder farmers from within their localcommunities. KUZA has operations across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique,and Tanzania and a network of 750,000 smallholder farmersResponsibilities as a Dedicated Coach:✔ Worked USAID funded project ''Kuza in Bangladesh'' in collaboration with Care Bangladesh at Habiganj (Baniachong & Ajmiriganj) & Sunamganj (Dowarabazar & Tahirpur) Areas, introduced digitally entrepreneurship development in agriculture sectors. ✔ Engage agripreneurs(Livestock Vaccinator, Seed Agent, Produce Collector) to help them access mentorship & training support to improve their knowledge and skills in agribusiness.✔ Conduct mentorship training sessions for agripreneurs on agronomy or business skills.✔ Conduct stakeholders meetings, as well coordinate partnership management with the implementation partners & other stakeholders to aggregate demand, linkage to service providers, and extension services. ✔ Guide, monitor & mentor the agripreneurs through their entrepreneurial journey (goals, record keeping, farmer training, and business growth & performance).✔ Gather feedback from agripreneurs and document the same by compiling periodic reports.
