- Managed portfolio of more than 10 clients from various industries (entertainment, media, gambling, education, etc.) - Allocated workload for multiple teams (4-8 members per team) at the same time to ensure deadline was met and works were completed to a high standard- Mentored junior team members, reviewed their work and provided constructive feedback- Acted as key liaison between clients and audit team throughout audit process- Developed a thorough understanding of clients business and internal controls- Analyzed weaknesses of internal processes and consulted clients to enhance their controls' efficiency- Prepared meeting minutes, adjustment summary and financial statement
