Led employee transition to JV and reduction of burn rate by > 30%.- Joint Venture – Creation: Led all activities post term-sheet to close, and launch of new SageInsights JV. - Responsible for Product Delivery outcome improvement globally - > 1,200.

Led Supply Management & Material Flow for Deere’s highest volume factory. Key priorities included cost management, inventory, quality, delivery, new product supply chain integration, talent management, & supplier optimization.

Directed global team representing 5 product platforms and 30+ units globally. Responsibilities included Enterprise Cost Management Strategy, cost management tools & processes, should costing /cost modeling, and division cost reduction performance.

Responsibility consisted of more than 30 factories globally. Directed 11 Supply Base Managers (4 U.S., 2 Europe, 1 Mexico, 2 India, 1 Brazil, 1 China). Responsibilities include supply base definition, cost reduction, supply base optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and strategy development.

Multi-million dollar project consisting of the redefinition of Enterprise Warranty processes and the implementation of an enabling SAP system. Implementations include all John Deere global locations.

Responsible for full scale SAP and process implementation of all shop floor planning, manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance activities.

Responsible for SAP and process implementation of Supply Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management.

Key areas of emphasis were strategic sourcing, new product development, and inbound logistics.

Supplier integration & pre-production activities for Harvesting equipment. 9 new product programs in parallel.
