I’m an experienced Validation Engineer from Ireland. It is important for me to be able to use my unique skillset in a way that can allow me to connect with others and to add value to a project. I feel most proud when I know that I have made a positive contribution. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the quality of my work because I’m an avid believer in doing things right first time.I received my B.Sc. in Drug & Medicinal Product Analysis from Limerick Institute of Technology. It is here that I discovered my passion for Validation Engineering. When I finished my degree, I still had some skills that I had wanted to improve before I began my career. For example:- Problem-Solving Skills – I completed a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma- Technical Skills – I completed a Level 8 Cert. in Quality Engineering, which is ran by the Irish Medtech Association- Interpersonal Skills – I completed a Diploma in Professional CompetenceOnce I had attained my desired skills, I decided that I was ready to begin my career. I was trained as a Validation Engineer at Innopharma Technical Services, I have worked as a QA Validation Consultant at Regeneron, and I am currently working as a Validation Engineer II at FDBD.When I’m not working, I’m training (as a triathlete), climbing, learning Danish, jamming and making music, or hanging out with friends.
