In charge of the position I was responsible for all the operations made between Evraz’ metal traders from Swiss office and Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant. I monitored all the information about sales and was controlling in time production of goods, managing all the logistics operations (sea, railway, trucks) and monitoring compliance with contract conditions (packaging, labeling, shipping deadlines).In my responsibility was also resolving conflicts between two parts and managing difficult situations.
