Responsible for the overall technical strategy and revolutionizing the entire network transformation program of Cellcard. Lead an aggressive network deployment of more than 3000 sites in SRAN platform, swapped traditional EPC to NFV (Network Function Virtualization) based cloud EPC, Implemented core migration to IP based core network, including introduction of nationwide Fibre, DWDM and consolidation of packet core network. Successfully launched 4.5G LTE Advance Network with carrier aggregation features and multiple layers of coverage using 1800/2100/900/3500Mhz frequency bands. Meeting target deliverables ahead of time and budget by achieving the fastest rollout/deployment in Cambodia (while focusing on quality improvement for both data and voice services).
