BRUCE DOSIER has been with Fountain Valley, CA-based Orange County Water District since 1996 and has been the Director of Information Services / Property Management with the District since 2005. He is responsible for the Information Services and Property Management Divisions of the District.He is a member of the executive management staff, working directly with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and other executive management staff in planning strategic and operational direction of the District and works directly with the District’s Board of Directors in support of the District’s mission.In managing the Information Services Division, he provides leadership for the District’s systems including day-to-day computer, network and communications operations, as well as providing strategic direction and project management of District computer system projects.In managing the Property Management Division, he provides leadership for the District’s Property activities including day-to-day property operations, disposing of surplus property and the acquisition of property for District uses.Specialties: Information Systems Project Management
