Fraud Operation Analyst
Current- Analyze current operational process to identify problems & areas of improvement- Doing research & benchmark for optimal workflow & processes- Doing a Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) cycle for operational process- Coordinate with other team to plan for continuous improvement- Monitor & Analyze customer support process flow- Ensure data integrity for reporting & analyzing purpose- Recommend/ develop tools or process to improve work efficiency- Enhance workflow & SOP to standardize process- Analyze operational data & information to make better decision- Measure & report operational metrics- Checking the Fraud constraints in the Paper and providing punishment and Improvements to the ongoing process- Doing SOP documentation and work methods- Identify new, emerging fraud and abuse trends/patterns through data analysis and metrics tracking to mitigate risks in the platform- Recommend short-term solutions and long-term prevention strategies at the strategic and tactical levels, balancing the business vision and implementation feasibility- Assess, define, and optimize relevant operational fraud metrics for long-term trackingCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and others) to ensure proper enforcement of fraud prevention rules and detection strategies- Engage with external partners and stakeholders, when necessary, to drive operational improvements to manage and mitigate fraud risks- Identify blockers, conflicts, and risks to fraud projects and seek solutions to drive timely execution- Carrying out checks related to fraud, SLIK and transactions in credit financing applications
