I am a Superintendent with 15+ years of medical/healthcare and commercial construction experience with projects ranging from less than $10 mil to upwards of $150 mil. At my core though, I am just a guy that likes to build and tinker with things to determine how they function. Throughout my career, I have brought value to clients with a relentless determination to provide them with a finished product (or facility) that exceeds their highest expectations, without compromising core values, with Safety being of the utmost importance. Ultimately, I have a desire to see the smiles on peoples' faces from being a part of a successful project, whether that is the laborer who helped maintain a safe and clean jobsite, to the Chief Executives of the new or renovated facility. I also challenge the status quo and seek out opportunities to improve not only my own skill set, but also the tools and methods by which we in the construction industry do our work on a daily basis. One cannot simply rest on our laurels and expect to continue to be rewarded for the foreseeable future. We all need to constantly search for each and every opportunity to better ourselves, both individually and as an industry, to benefit society as a whole.Knowing that the foundation of success is laid with a multitude of hard work, I believe there are many other aspects which play a vital importance to a successful career, not the least of which is family and leisure (not exclusive of fitness). I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children, as well as woodworking, shooting sports, & fitness (although sometimes I slack in that area when my time-management skills suffer).
