As the Lead Technical Developer and Subject Matter Expert, I am the lead designer for all major print and mail projects. • Lead a team of 5 developers to include development, execution and maintenance of integrated project management plans and schedules across multiple projects and sprint (agile iterations)• Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for the development team from requirements gathering through release• Responsible for creating and approving all software design related documentation for print and mail custom applications to include data sequence diagrams, flow charts, and data mapping documents• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts of complex problems with developers & testers to provide timely solutions while tracking progress through HP Quality Center• Train junior level developers on department procedures and responsibilities• Evaluate test cases to ensure all use cases are met for large projects and sprints (agile development cycles)
