Primarily worked on assignment in target operational model design and implementation, operational transformation and outsourcing setup and transition. Key achievements included:- Setup of brand new operational function for HM Government Department Mission Critical Project in 14 week period. Included design of the processes that were rolled out to 150 local authorities.- Target operating model for major Government department to shift work from back-office to the front-office target benefits of 20-30% efficiency savings) over the course of the transformation programme.- Operational performance improvement across major operational department resulting in identified front- and back-office efficiencies of ~400 FTE per annum.
