• The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Lead serves as an assistant and advisor in matters of DEI, connecting initiatives and efforts to tangible outcomes which impact our culture, workforce and client work. This.
• Assists with the ongoing coordination of programming, training and activities related to DEI that impacts GMR’s workforce and our ability to deliver great client work.
• Maintains and develop knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices to help inform DEI strategies for internal use and for producing client work through a DEI lens.
• Monitors internal and external DEI trends and use this expertise to improve upon strategies in partnership with the DEI team and departments across the agency.
• Creates and updates DEI communications and collateral materials to align with DEI trends and GMR’s DEI mission and goals.
• Acts as liaison to help develop strong relationships with the various DEI committees and groups and respond to DEI related issues across the workforce as they arise
