Firstly I had to gather the data from various independent sources, then I had to consolidate it into a unified (and readable) format.Once the data was ready and verified, I created reports, which showed the potential areas of improvements.Based on the information presented, several changes were initiated, resulting in cost reductionIT Budget preparation:I took part in the preparation of the IT budget for the upcoming year, now working closely with the IT Operations Manager. I gathered the available information, both from ITOPS and Finance side about the previous years to create a unified, informative, and easy to read dataset. My analysis showed the distribution of costs along different products, as well as the suppliers we have been working with.My efforts helped cutting costs, and to start moving towards potentially more favorable procurement deals.Other:Later I became involved in the implementation of a new IT equipment inventory tool, and then started working on the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.
