Focusing more on processes and project management.Recruitment system change:- Gather and analyze requirements for the new ATS from HUN and LUX Recruitment team- Create requirement documentation and process documentation- Support Recruitment through the implementationPerformance Evaluation Process design:- Gather process narrative and requirements to create a brand new performance evaluation process from scratch- Working together with HR teams (both HUN and LUX)- Creating the process diagrams (BPMN), written narratives, and supporting documentsSAP SuccessFactors implementation:- Participating from process management, and project management side- Creating new process diagrams (BPMN) and process documentations for implementation- Coordination with implementation partner and internal stakeholders- Coordination of testing activities- Using Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint for tracking and documentationI remained an admin in the system, supporting HR and handling Change Requests.IT Operations Team day-to-day:As a direct report to the IT Operations Manager, I often handle tasks which include the improvement or perfomance evaluation of the ITOPS teams (both in HUN and LUX) and helping with planning for the future.- Based on the data the Jira tickets were improved to provide better experience for the end users.- I created the process for handling ITOPS related purchases, aligning with our new Tradogram system- ITOPS performance evaluation based on Jira tickets and feedback surveys- Review and creation of other processes, eg. item handover and selling (between companies and to employees)- Handling integrations between SAP and other systems (Microsoft Entra, SAP Concur, Docebo)- Participating in internal development projects (analyzing requirements, process management, project assistance)

Analysis and processes were the main focus here, while I was working with the regional director.HR Process mapping:The most interesting experience I had in this position was the mapping and visualization of business processes. I worked alongside an experienced team of professionals, and within this project I was responsible for mapping our HR processes, which involved both HUN and LUX. I recorded the narratives, and created the process diagrams according to BPMN standard, as well as the corresponding documentation. Working closely with HR we created the process documentations for New Joiner, Exit, Transfer, Promotion, and Payroll processes.As the conclusion of the project, the results became the official process documentations.Car Fleet data consolidation:I had to collect and analyze the information available about our car fleet. Firstly I had to gather the data from various independent sources, then I had to consolidate it into a unified (and readable) format.Once the data was ready and verified, I created reports, which showed the potential areas of improvements.Based on the information presented, several changes were initiated, resulting in cost reductionIT Budget preparation:I took part in the preparation of the IT budget for the upcoming year, now working closely with the IT Operations Manager. I gathered the available information, both from ITOPS and Finance side about the previous years to create a unified, informative, and easy to read dataset. My analysis showed the distribution of costs along different products, as well as the suppliers we have been working with.My efforts helped cutting costs, and to start moving towards potentially more favorable procurement deals.Other:Later I became involved in the implementation of a new IT equipment inventory tool, and then started working on the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.

Searching for amazing people to join our multinational IT company.SmartRecruiters implementation:I participated in the implementation of a new recruitment system, SmartRecruiters. I took part in the configuration and customization of the system in order to meet our requirements. I set up the processes within the new system, as well as rules, offers, and custom fields. I was also involved in testing.Even after leaving the Recruitment team, I still remained an admin of the system, providing support for Recruiters when needed.
