Business Excellence Lead
CurrentAs the Director of Business Excellence and a member of the PH Canada Leadership Team, I drive growth and efficiency across the business. I develop and execute strategies to achieve our organizational goals. I collaborate with global and regional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, operations, and HR to improve operational processes, analyze situations, and drive engagement programs. I also manage stakeholder communications. Leading through influence, I coach, drive and role-model lean behaviors to drive cultural transformation resulting in high engagement, continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence.Among my responsibilities:- Coach the Leadership team through the adoption of CI methods and tools to ensure adherence to our business system and focus on our critical deliverables. - Facilitate strategic planning, monitor deployment of action plans and track progress to objectives- Lead transformation programs applying project management and lean methodologies to ensure optimal implementation- Build capability and drive standardization and optimization of value streams and work processes- Manage performance, coaching and monitoring effectiveness of Daily Management and Problem Solving - Define content and methodology and deliver lean tools and behaviors training (Lean Leadership, DM, PS, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work, Hoshin planning). - Identify, drive and/or facilitate key global process improvement initiatives to close critical business gaps- Coach and facilitate high complexity cross-functional problem-solving initiatives, identifying most effective tools and driving execution and sustainment of corrective actions to ensure gap closure - Create communications plan to support engagement and change management initiatives towards key stakeholders.- Support critical initiatives as required by senior leadership.
