Student of the Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication at the Federal University of Technology - Parana (UTFPR — abbr. in portuguese). I’m interested in communication management in organizational contexts, personal and tour management, and project management, mainly in the music and entertainment sector. Currently, I am a Research Assistant for Fairwork Brazil, communication intern at the Pro-Rectory of Graduation and Professional Education, at UTFPR.I had the experience of being an intern at the Communication Management Board (DIRCOM — abbr. in portuguese) at UTFPR, where I supported the activities of the Institutional Portal of the university. Also, I participated for 3 years in the Tutorial Education Program - Computing Cultures in Equity (PET-CoCE — abbr. in portuguese), where I developed activities related to communication management, contributed to the planning and conduct of workshops, and integrated the research groups Gender, Technology and Art (GTA) and "Roboquedo".In parallel, I research the current organizational logic of work in companies, having already carried out two researches, at the level of Scientific Initiation, through the Institutional Volunteer Program in Scientific and Technological Initiation.
