Working through Agora Solutions to provide and support Oracle customers with configuration, training and their transition to Opera PMS· Configuration of Opera PMS to customer standards including controls, rate management and transaction management.· Delivering training both remotely and in classroom style training for customers. Working with Project Managers and Customers to deliver agreed training plans.· Supporting with cutovers when hotels are transitioning from one property management system to Opera– balancing financial information and stay details.· Supporting new opening hotels.· Migrations from Opera V5 to OPERA Cloud· Certified for all brands including; Accor, Hyatt, IHG and Marriott

· Design Authority branch non-technical support for Dungeness B AGR Power Station based in Kent (lifetime extended by 10 years) ensuring the work packages are delivered on time and in budget with the support of the Group Head, Project Manager, Work Pack Managers and Engineers.· Monitoring key deliverables for status and completion, action tracking and reviewing time bookings to Work Packages and Safety Case Reviews.· Reviewing and raising funds under the authority of the Work Pack Manager for monthly invoices from TSA/TCA clients.· Attend and participate in weekly team briefs. Prepare and host monthly accountability meetings.

· Managing a team of 12 people across days and nights with the support of the Reception Supervisor and Nights Manager.· Developing team skills to anticipate guest needs, follow up on requests and deliver a level of service that generates compliments.· Maintaining strong working relationships with the Operational, Revenue and Financial teams including Reservations, Sales, F&B, Housekeeping and Finance.· Delivering on all Key Metrics – largely focused on Guest Service, Experience and Satisfaction.· Supporting Sales team with ‘Interstate Loves Leads’
