David brings the experience of having closed on several hundred deals and nearly two decades of merger, acquisition, and business valuation experience to each of the firm’s clients.Each business is unique and getting to know the business and the people behind it enables Mr. Humphrey to effectively represent them and craft a deal with custom fit. He has represented businesses ranging from cutting edge scientific instrument manufacturers to distributors of provisions used in daily living.

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in reviewing, advising, financing and structuring M&A deals to Beacon Equity Advisors. Since joining Beacon, Jeff successfully completed multi-million dollar transactions, including clients in precision manufacturing, telecommunications and education. Jeff has also worked with clients on both certified and market analysis valuations and as a coach to prepare companies for sale utilizing Beacon’s Pothole Analysis to help sellers maximize their long-term value.

Kevin has been part of the sale of over 100 businesses. During his fifteen years as an advisor he has developed an active, personal involvement with each client, enabling him to thoroughly understand the business and the people he is representing.Additionally, Mr. Martin’s background incorporates the appraisal of hundreds of businesses in a wide and diverse group of industries including: consumer and industrial manufacturing, printing, distribution, business and consumer services, and retail.
