Bea Jones Email and Phone Number
With a diverse educational background, my skills include scientific analysis and data analytics, research assisting and directing, public speaking, program and event management and planning, as well as creative marketing strategies and social media management for various types of companies. Through various work experiences during my time as a student at Simmons University I have been able to expand upon my interpersonal skills and customer relation experience, allowing me to learn to delegate and direct project management while bridging the communicational gaps between various departments, clubs and organizations at Simmons University. I am passionate about intersectional work as well as creating diverse and inclusive work environments for the teams I am fortunate enough to work on, with and lead. As far as my formal education, I am a current undergraduate student at Simmons University and will complete my degree in May of 2023. With the completion of my program at Simmons University, I will receive both a Bachelor's of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience and a Bachelor's of Arts in Studio Art, as well as completing a minor of Women and Gender Studies. I hope to use my educational background to work with disadvantaged and minority communities to create and/or aid in outreach programs and resources for these communities. I have a passion for social justice, advocacy work in the LGBTQ2S+ community and creating inclusive marketing representation. I am currently pursuing post grad opportunities and looking into Psych Doctorate Programs both in the U.S and abroad. I am seeking connections within the art community, nonprofit work in the Greater Boston Area and community engagement within the health care professions such as art therapists, social work, child psychologists and LGBTQ2S+ healthcare professionals. I am eager and excited to join a team after my graduation in May of 2023 and hope to learn and grow as a young working professional.
