Over the last six years, I have worked with athletes across all levels, specializing in on-court player development and emphasizing growth off the court in athletes' mindsets, habits, and character.That includes two years as an Assistant Coach for UC Riverside Women's Basketball—and three years as the Assistant Director of Damian Lillard's Formula Zero Camp.Most notably, I worked under NBA Player Development Coach Phil Beckner, where I assisted in training NBA Players, including Damian Lillard, Anfernee Simons, Cam Johnson, Matisse Thybulle, and others.In the last year, through my “Vision to Victory” program, I have worked with high schools across the valley to help players and programs develop an edge over their competition.I now work as a mindset, performance, and lifestyle development coach and mentor. I was moved to start this program after seeing so many players at every level, both on the men’s and women’s sides, struggle to be their best due to mental blocks, poor habits, and simply getting in their own way.
