•Help internal teams to solve the complex technical problems and develop the best solutions;•Investigate customer’s applications and requirements, understand and identify the key information, convent them to internal engineering specifications;•Join and manage the complicated projects, such as non-standard product projects and large-scale projects, continuous support the sales engineer and customer to solve the technical problems;•Communicate with sales team and customers, help sales engineers to create quotations, technical proposals, tender documents and contracts;•Conduct product sizing and selection, calculate the product and project cost, make quotations and proposals;•Provide product support and technical support to sales team and customers, including product knowledge and specifications, product applications, special requirements, solutions and proposals, travel to customers sites if necessary;•Help sales team and order management team for order placement and project implementation, prepare related documents for engineering team and customers;•Develop and manage product materials, such as quotation templates, technical proposals, brochures, data sheets and product introductions;•Responsible for products management and price management, including new product development and launch, product pricing, cost calculation and special price approval, product information maintenance, product upgrade and phase-out;•Join in the marketing activities, including new product launch events, seminars and exhibitions, responsible for materials preparation, on-site support and so on, help the sales team to develop business;•Provide regular training to the sales team, distributors and customers, make training documents;•Support the whole non-standard product projects process and some IR overseas customer centers’ enquiries.

•Responsible for sales and customer support, product management and project management;•Provide technical support and product support to sales team and customers, such as product sizing and selection, product applications and specifications, non-standard product requirements conversion and so on;•Support business team to win the projects and complete the orders smoothly, help sales engineer to create quotations, technical proposals and bidding documents, build and review technical contracts;•Investigate new industrial applications, new requirements then provide advice and supports to sales team, support sales team for the complex projects;•Visit customer fields regularly, collect product usage data and customer’s feedback, support teams to figure out and solve quality problems, improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction;•Manage products during the product lifecycle, including product information, product number, product price, product materials, etc.

•Responsible for IHI-SULLAIR centrifuge compressors, provide technical support and product support to the sales team, help the sales team to develop solutions for the project;•Work with sales team and engineering team to solve complex project problems, such as non-standard product requirements and design project proposal;•Perform product sizing and selection, calculate the project cost then provide quotations to the sales team, convert customer’s requirements into internal specifications to place the order;•Support sales team to develop quotations, project proposals, bidding documents, contracts, drawings and other technical documents, prepare all the required documents in different project stages;•Manage project during the project process, support sales team to solve different kinds of problems;•Visit customers frequently, introduce products and proposals, make technical clarifications, join the bidding meeting and so on.
