Create and execute social media strategy for ERS Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin accounts to increase reach and engagement, including cultivating relationships with organizations and education leaders, operating paid advertising, and utilizing tools and data to make informed messaging decisions. Help to develop, refine, and synthesize key messages in tools and publications, blog posts, op-eds, and magazine submissions. Content creation for large publications, including production timelines, determining high-impact structures and formats, writing, editing, copy-editing, and fact-checking. Create and manage ERS monthly newsletter and email marketing campaigns to state and education leaders highlighting the latest resources and organizational updates. Manage subscriber data to make informed content decisions. Collaborate with content creators on message creation and ensure message discipline across materials. Partner with ERS’ Leadership Development team on webinars, events and other opportunities to promote materials.
