Stage Manager on music festivals at sea. Coordinate with tour managers, production staff the set up and Run of Show for bands on Sixthman cruises. Make sure audio, backline crew, and FOH hosts are up set up with everything they need to put on the best show possible. Oversee artist hospitality and make sure all rider needs are met.

As a project manager for Premier Events, I work in various capacities depending on the needs of the client. I often handle City permits for festival and special events. I order all logistics such as stage production, electrical, fencing and barricade, EMS/medical, tents/tables/chairs, cooking rentals, decor, entertainment, port o johns, and anything else needed to make an outdoor festival work. I do office admin, often booking artist markets and food vendors for festivals. This includes taking submissions, choosing vendors, notification, money collection, and handling load in and load out. I also book entertainment including bands, children's activities, circus acts, face painters, magicians, dancers, games, and any sports related sponsors. I book the stage emcees and write the stage announcements to make sure all sponsors mention requirements are met.

Communicated all important info between venues, talent buyers, bands, and stage managers for the Atlantis Music Conference. This included making sure that everyone has schedules and production details. Getting all contracts signed and filed. Helping create the schedule for 300+ bands, in 14+ different venues, on 21+ different stages, over 4 days. Creating promotional parties and mixers for the bands and music industry reps. Selling adds in the conference program. And helping create the AMC+F CD featuring up and coming artist. Listening to and writing critiques for hundreds are bands submitting to the conference. And helping to coordinate promotional/marketing material going out from venues to local media.
