It’s responsible for the development of thermal and acoustic noise design for projector in Delta. The responsibility is to do the cooling design, verification, issue solved for the field feedback, and survey the related thermal modules.DesignDo the preliminary cooling and acoustic design by theory, data base, and CFD tools.VerificationTest the components temperature then estimate the thermal resistance with thermal couple, temperature indication paper, and IR pyrometer; Test the flow rate and impedance curve with wind tunnel and anemometer; Test the liquid flow rate and impedance by flow meter and differential pressure gauge.Issue solved for the field feedbackThe field irregularly feedback the issue like early decay, components damaged, abnormal signal, projector shut down…etc. It needs to ask more information even return the failed parts for detailed analysis. Because projector was a complicated system, it includes EE, SW, optical, and mechanical function, we have to cross-function discussion to find the root cause to clarify the issue was caused by design, manufacture, or material, then take a countermeasure.
