Since 2019 I have served in the Civil Air Patrol to develop leaders whether they are cadets just getting started or senior members finding their voice. I am a Character Development Officer, Communications Officer, Mission Scanner and focus the bulk of my effort on opportunities in Cadet Programs. I did in home therapy with families involved with Probation, Indiana Department of Child Services, and other referral sources. Clients may be children or adults, individuals or families. I was part of the "Trauma Team" using Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with those needing such services. In 2016 I became a team leader responsible for supervising caseworkers. I was a trainer for the company's Center for Professional Development and a supervising member of the company's Safety Committee.
