Worked together with our product team to create one of the leading mortgage eClosing platforms in the county with both in-person and remote video capabilities. • Helped create the first phase of our design system within Adobe XD and worked with other designers to transition it into Figma.• Managed UX deliverables and timelines between five agile development teams and 3 different products.• Maintained an NPS in the high 80's for our Clear Sign eClosing products, with both our consumer and notary audiences.• Reduced eClosing failures from 15% to around 3% by improving content and user flows based on feedback and quantitative data.• Supported our title and appraisal platform Clear Path to improve the collection of order information through the use of improved information architecture and reducing the amount of pages user needed to visit.

My focus was to improve existing processes and design new ones within the core in-house proprietary software system that managed title, appraisal, and settlement services. During this time, I also worked in expanding our offerings with new web portals and mobile apps to better communicate with our workers in the field. • Consistent interaction with senior stakeholders and business teams to understand the business goals for the projects, maintaining communication of design decisions, and expected timelines.• Conducted user interviews and user observations to gain insight into how team members used the current implementations and to better understand the processes.• Collaborated to interview users and define personas for the in-house application areas.• Improved the ability for appraisers to accept orders by allowing them to accept or decline through the new mobile app.

As the main Designer, I helped in defining the digital products for both the web and mobile platforms.
