About Bea R.

Mabuhay! I’m Bea Ricafort, an undergraduate student at Santa Clara University pursuing a B.S. in Environmental Studies with double minors in Economics and Spanish. I’m passionate about integrating environmental stewardship into business and urban policy solutions. Currently, I serve as a Silicon Valley Power Sustainable Futures Fellow, using geospatial data to research green space equity. Previously, I worked as a Violence Prevention Educator, strengthening protections against sexual assault in on-campus cultural organizations. I am also a co-author on a paper currently under review by the American Educational Research Journal.Outside of academics, research, and advocacy, I enjoy reading📖, taking polar plunges🧊, and spending time outdoors🥾.
