Responsibilities:● As the principal Engineer, Focusing on the qualities of VIPR, the next generation product which face to the 3rd platform and other projects development relevant, meanwhile cooperate with the local enterprise customers to fix their onsite problems and collect the valuable feedbacks against our product. Achievements:● Concurrent suite development, it helps us to detect the potential problem in ViPR automatically and automation scripts in concurrent suite will throw the exception once the problems was occurred. The suite get more positive evaluation from multi department and we also get the good feedbacks for improve our product from several channels like DEV/TEST/PERFORMACE turning● Auto export project is developping on VMware ESX clusters, it will help customers to ensure that the storage control paths will keep consistency during the host migration between the different clusters.● Application support project is the most important feature of our next release, this requirement comes from our biggest customer in Europe. Its also a complicated functionalities which split in almost 30 components. Now project is under the control and keep moving toward to the scheduled.

Responsibilities:● Responsible for the research and development of software on commercial Linux server, Desktop, database and Linux applications.Achievements:● Xteam Linux Desktop4.0: participated in the development of commercial Linux operating system; got a good understanding of the architecture and organization of Linux/Unix in developing and testing it.● Xteam Linux WebMail: participated in development of a million-user level mail system; responsible for programming of back-end control modules of the mail Server and wrote all the test scripts using Python. ● Xteam Linux DataBase: modified the Installation program of OS; built the RPM for the System; made commercial database compatibility test such as DB2, Sybase, Oracle on OS; I wrote a shell script for PostgreSQL to start it up with accurate memory size (by Megabyte). I extended the database benchmark tool Dots to support PostgreSQL.
