Global Observatory For Ecosystems Services

Continued to assist on the development of MSU's GOES Laboratory Carbon Monitoring and Verification application. Revisions to the application added several features including complex allometry that allowed user adjustment and a responsive UI.

College Of Education

Aided in maintaining the existing framework for the College of Education and developing new applications for interacting with the grant and research database. Also focused on jQuery plugin development for added functionality in preparation for a UI revision to a responsive framework.

Global Observatory For Ecosystems Services

Assisted in the development of a carbon cycle MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) application intended for use as a government research tool and educational system. The application was initially created in ASP.NET/VB and was completely transitioned to Python/Django with a UI redesign on the Twitter Bootstrap framework.Developed under a joint NASA and NSF grant, the application was licensed to the Indian and Indonesian governments.

Student employee having assisted in web design, web development, and media production. The bulk of my time was spent on two Learning Management Systems: ANGEL and Desire2Learn. Primary responsibilities included the transition of courses from ANGEL to Desire2Learn, working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Initially hired as a technology page assisting in monitoring the use of library computers by patrons. Thereafter, I was promoted to fill the need for a web administrator after implementing protocol revisions in the collection of data regarding patrons and increasing efficiency of their use of library hardware.
