Correct database errors so the data correctly reflects the patient care given. • Identify groups of errors and their causes, and then hand the data to the developers to implement permanent fixes. Until fixes are made, provide aid to the customers by writing scripts to automatically correct data when possible and identify situations needing user intervention.• Write SQL queries to provide customers with the data they need, providing a report that the customer can run themselves when possible, otherwise providing the data. • Assist coworkers with their SQL needs. Help write queries and as well as provide knowledge of the database schema so they can write their own queries. Teach SQL knowledge and skills.• Provide management with the data to explain customer issues and how the customer data came to be in that state.
