My primary focus within the Commercial team is to look after the Variations to Scope claims, reporting and maintenance of systems and processes. I am required to collate of labour, plant and equipment and material cost (with the assistance of supervisors and engineers) and submission of claims. My advanced Microsoft Access and Excel knowledge constantly used for accurate report generation, utilising multiple databases and data gathering as required by internal/external clients. I look after incoming communications and Contract Directions and ensure appropriate information/data recorded as well as distribution. I have thoroughly enjoyed the contractual side of Construction and working within commercial team has given me an appreciation of the importance of accurate and complete documentation.

Integral to the As-Builts team, I process vendor and design documents from on-site subcontractors. I have been tasked to train new starters to our team, provide all reporting functions required both internally, externally. I was instrumental in creating training manuals, departmental reporting, and helping streamline processes. I also assist in the handover of deliverables to the client (Woodside).
