With a diverse background in technology and design, I have a degree in Interior Design from the Instituto Tecnológico de Barueri and in Information Systems from the Instituto Federal Catarinense, in addition to taking a postgraduate course in Product Management at the Business Behavior Institute of Chicago. I recently came in 4th place for a master's degree in Computer Science at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), with a focus on Computational Intelligence.I currently work as a Software Consultant at CRM7, specializing in Zoho solutions such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho SalesIq, among others. Over the years, I have developed expertise in implementing tools and mapping processes for large B2B and B2C companies, such as Farmina, Embelleze, Labi Saúde, Hard, Quebeck, and others.I am also a co-author of the scientific article "The Development of a Computational Tool for Diagnostic Assistance of Breast Carcinomas in Transoperative Examination", presented at the 33rd Brazilian Congress of Pathology.In addition, I have certifications in Zoho CRM, Project Management, BPMN, UX Design and Leadership, and I am constantly updating my skills to apply innovative consulting and product management practices.My goal is to continue transforming business processes and implementing technological solutions that drive results and efficiency for companies.
