The amazing thing to me about sales is the fact that people still subscribe to the theory that one sales person is better than the next. If every position relies on you to get things done correctly, you'll never advance to the freedom of detaching from the machine you've made. The true power is to be able to build a model that can be replicated by others, freeing you of the daily responsibility of the day to day and opening your time and availability to then doing it again and again, product after product, mission after mission.
