I have more than 7 years of work experience in customer service. During this period I have I have developed extensive skills and experience working with guests and teams from diverse background. Key skills developed are the ability to listen and intuitively understand guests’ needs, to approach guests with a positive attitude and delivering a high standard of services whilst paying attention to details in a dynamic environment. Being part of all the highly experienced teams thought me the discipline and work with them while demonstrating of excellent leadership for my individual performance and initiatives. Working under high pressure in an extremely busy environments, also thought me how to prioritise tasks, multi-task and be flexible delivering exceptional service. In my experience I have developed the capacity to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
