Coping Companion is a group project to create a website with a broad spectrum of support for people who have lost a loved one. It started during Dare IT mentoring program at the beginning of the year but, yet the program finished in March, we have still been working on that.

Organize onsite networking meetings for mentors, mentees, partners of Dare IT community.

Four-month program with an individual mentor, focusing on:- Support the Team as Scrum Master in a UX Project of a website;- Phases: Research (done), Strategy (in progress), Prototype, Modeling, Testing (to do);- Help the team live Scrum values, pillars of empiricism and use the framework;- Facilitate Scrum events, problem solving and decission making.- Scrum Master case study;- IT environment e.g. software development cycle;- IT recruitment guidance;- PSM II preparation;- Tools: Jira, Trello, Miro, Mural, Slack.

- Actively participate in a nonprofit team dedicated to mutual learning, mentoring, Agile coaching, and Scrum trainings;- Play a key role as a participant and co-organizer for Katowice onsite events;- Plan and coordinate meetings/workshops;- Manage event venue bookings;- Handle social media activities (LinkedIn).

- Worked with students in grades 6-8.- Prepared students for the end-of-school exam.- Tools used: vulcan.edu.pl, kahoot.it, quizizz.com.

- Worked as an English language teacher in grades 1-8; - Prepared students for the end-of-school exam;- Took care of the school library;- Taught both offline and online (during the pandemic);- Tools used: portal.librus.pl, zoom.us, kahoot.it, quizizz.com, blooket.com.

SzkrabWita.pl online shop (inactive now):- Developed an online shop from scratch;- Utilized CMS - Shoper.pl platform, based on SaaS;- Maintained the shop and applied all changes for over a year.

Toastmasters International - "WHERE LEADERS ARE MADE"I joined the Speakers and Leaders Club to improve my public speaking skills. However, membership in this organisation exceeded my expectations. During that time: - I not only learnt how to perform better on stage, but above all I acquired various leadership skills. - On a lot of occasions I had the opportunity to build teams, manage a project, organise and facilitate events. - I learnt the art of networking, communication and giving constructive feedback. - During that time I was a mentor to several people as well as had several mentors of my own. I realized that the more I get involved in a project, the more I benefit from it; the more I help others, the more I help myself.

At KMK, I was involved in telephone sales of books on a variety of subjects, mainly album and bibliophile editions.

While working for the USKI Poland company , I was selling online speed reading and effective learning courses directly to individual clients. The courses were aimed at schoolchildren and the youth. The diagnostic and sales meetings were held at the client's home. In August 2018, I received an award from the company for winning 3rd place in a competition for the best newly employed salespeople.

As an English language teacher, I learnt how to work with people of different ages and characters and how to lead a group to get the most out of the classes.

Working at PWN: - I was involved in a new product launch project. These were new English textbooks for primary schools, which the company decided to launch in May. - At the same time, I was helping to sell well-known and prized German language textbooks on the market.The experience showed me the differences between selling new and well-known products. It made me realise how important it is to market the right product at the right time.

At TAXNET, I worked as a sales specialist in the TaakiPrezent.pl online shop. In the shop, you could buy a dream - a balloon flight, a supercar ride, a skydive - for yourself or a loved one. - Managed the shop's website, shipments and customer orders; - Utilized CMS based on SaaS;- Acquired new business partners (service contractors) and negotiated contracts with them;- Handled permanent business partners and customers;

Ran my own business of picking goods in a corporate client's warehouse:- Managed a team of ten people;- Organised work and schedule; - Recruited employees; - Supervised the work of the team;- Delegated responsibilities.
