Global Process Manager
Current• Responsible for establishing the most efficient and cost-effective Disbursement Account Process globally (via 2 DA Centers in Poland and Malaysia)• Ensuring DA process is delivered in a standard manner across the network• Evaluate proposed process changes and their impact on current process performance and other dependent processes• Driving transformational process improvement globally• Identifying, validating and revising current-state baselines including critical success factors, and then targeting performance metrics for the future state using metrics-related information and other relevant business performance information.• Responsible for the efficient and compliant execution of all DA • Acting as liaison between DA team and Operation to ensure process is continuously fine tune. • Conducting in-depth analysis of process deviance and provide solutions, automation and robotics proposals to Stakeholders • Contributing to the development of IT requirement in relation to DA• Monitoring DA performance and pro-actively assist managers in improving performance • Ensuring documentation of task-level procedures• Working with executive sponsor and defining the future state of the process (projects involvement)• Securing that proposed processes from functional teams are aligned towards strategies and solutions
