Accountable for: recruiting process (with HR support), regulating number of Admins needed per Team, finding new areas to enlarge DAC responsibilities, annual and mid-year performance appraisals, communication between local offices management to give and receive feedback about cooperation also improvement ideas, representing DAC throughout the company, both internal and external PR, providing motivation ideas and trainings needed. Member of global invoicing system project team as DAC specialist.
