Arrange daily affairs to assist the project manager to complete the project, such as project coordination between the various personnel changes, daily overtime regulation, supervision and other overhead costs.3. Organize and summarize project documentation, project problem record, organize, track, and resolve.4. Coordinate different departments, and drive project progress, quick response to all parties.5. Share timely feedback and progress reports, update project management system, process development, optimization, standards needed.6. Assist project manager to improve the processes, systems (overtime claims, etc.), the standard construction, to drive the project delivery on time with good quality and quantity.7. Project management system maintenance, initiate project code in ERP system, data updates, changes in human resource, familiar with the project management of ERP / Citix system; coordination between India and China Team project docking internal system data and daily operations.8. Responsible finance data collection for Europe / Chile / Japan team, according to the project schedule, report to superiors and customers.9. Organize regular team building, the annual choreography, improve team cohesion.

Main tasks:1, Tracked project data, SAP system maintenance, initiated project code in system, updated project status, schedule coordination project personnel, postal materials, tracking and so on.2, Assisted PM and Finance team to collect month billing data, included travel costs, material costs, labor costs.3, Tracked issues on stand up meeting, as a helper of QA.4, Responsible for materials management, international transfer, familiar with international logistics processes, manage the flow of materials and quantity control.5, Responsible for project procurement PO single auxiliary materials, logistics and follow-up to meet the needs of the project.6, Responsible for regularly organize team building activities.
