Past assignments include i.a. scoping study for the UNDP, several analysis of the UNGPs implementation as well as scope of the HRDD legislation commissioned by the European Parliament and their presentation at the expert hearings at the European Parliament in Brussels, development and pilot conduct of the training for OSCE Senior Staff on Public procurement and forced labour, development and coordination of the workshop-based processes supporting stock-exchange listed companies in the initial human rights impact assessment and development of the human rights policy, design and delivery of workshops and trainings on BHR for companies from finance, textile, automotive and extractive sectors. GBI CEE advisor. Experienced project manager. Author of articles and opinion-pieces on human rights in business context (incl. UNGPs, NFR, OECD NCPs, BHR NAPs, public procurement etc.). Member of the editorial DiF Panel of the Business & Human Rights Journal by Cambridge University Press. Thorough academic background comprising LL.M. in Human Rights Law and Intellectual Property Law from Raoul Wallenberg Institute and WIPO Worldwide Academy; Master of Law and MA in International Relations from A. Mickiewicz University, as well as Associated Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Pro-bono Coordinator of the Working Group on relations with Workers of the Committee on Sustainable Development and CSR (an auxiliary body to the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy), which develops recommendations concerning definition of the forced labour and its introduction into the Polish Criminal Code as well as drafts guidance for business entities on how to avoid and prevent forced labour within their own walls as well as the supply chain. Member of the Advisory Board of Amnesty International Poland, United Nations Association - Poland and Business Board of the Vistula University.
