Co-founder and President of the Board of the Polish Institute for Human Rights and Business.Professional with extensive experience in providing legal and policy research, advice and consultancy services in BHR, CSR/RBS and Human Rights to business, public bodies and NGOs, conducting research and analysis, as well as teaching and training in the aforementioned areas. Past assignments include i.a. scoping study for the UNDP, several analysis of the UNGPs implementation as well as scope of the HRDD legislation commissioned by the European Parliament and their presentation at the expert hearings at the European Parliament in Brussels, development and pilot conduct of the training for OSCE Senior Staff on Public procurement and forced labour, development and coordination of the workshop-based processes supporting stock-exchange listed companies in the initial human rights impact assessment and development of the human rights policy, design and delivery of workshops and trainings on BHR for companies from finance, textile, automotive and extractive sectors. Pro-bono Coordinator of the Working Group on relations with Workers of the Committee on Sustainable Development and CSR (an auxiliary body to the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy), which develops recommendations concerning definition of the forced labour and its introduction into the Polish Criminal Code as well as drafts guidance for business entities on how to avoid and prevent forced labour within their own walls as well as the supply chain.
