CA Technologies, which was recently acquired by Broadcom, was one of the largest independent software corporations in the world with an annual turnover of $5 billion specializing in IT Management Software and Solutions.I am part of the EMEA Intercompany team and have sole responsibility for APJ region and the EMEA Commissionaire model, which involves monthly, quarterly and annual processes. The main focus of my job was as follows: • Worked closely with the EMEA Revenue team to complete the quarterly billing transfers for the Commissionaire sales model.• Established and reviewed bi-annually the Periodic Cost Assessment set-up, which resulted in recharging the cost in a fair and tax approved way globally.• Managed year-end accruals for the global Intercompany team through a database, which led to a more stream-lined and time-efficient process.• Worked with Treasury periodically on manual settlements which resulted in clearing the sub ledger long outstanding balances.• Provided quarterly the APJ ICO Forecast portion to the global Forecast review.• Participated in the ASC606 Revenue recognition project for Intercompany. • Created the documentation for EMEA Intercompany processes, which provided the basis for all future training of new and existing employees.• Delivered all APJ monthly processes including preparing the proposals for automated settlements, controlling the scheduled ICO billing run, posting journal entries and providing month end subledger reconciliations.• Performed ad-hoc tasks including: analysis work for internal Tax department and auditors, system testing before new implementations and creation of new Transfer Pricing agreements with Legal department.

I worked within Sales Accounting which is a contract booking management and billing team which was a Centre of Excellence for the EMEA region. During six years I quickly progressed from Data Entry Administrator to Senior Sales Accounting Analyst and worked successfully across all EMEA regions, including Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK, France and Germany.Key Achievements:• Supervised a small team of 2 for a year including managing their day to day duties, helping them prioritize their workload, providing 1:1 performance evaluations and progress• Became the subject matter expert on the complex process and contract booking requirements of Arcot deals, which was a new company that was acquired by CA in 2010. • Specialized in Testing projects including SAP upgrade, and other integration projects

I volunteered for a one year assignment at CA Australia in Sydney, working on the SAP Implementation project. I worked closely with the Sales Accounting team to set up the month end deliverables' calendar, process documents/guides, write up SOX narratives and supported them with any queries and regional differences in contract management and SAP billing. I was also appointed to be the coordinator for the integration of Singapore's Sales Accounting functions into the Shared Service Centre in Sydney. My main tasks were to identify the differences between the contract management processes of Singapore versus the other countries within the Shared Service Centre, set up project time-frames and allocate project tasks to team members.

Dewhurst Hungary Kft is the Hungarian manufacturing operation of the UK based Dewhurst Manufacturing plc. as a first tier supplier to a global ATM manufacturer.I was responsible for the Sales Management Operation and reported directly to the Account Manager and Financial Director in the UK. I managed a small team for sales orders, production flow, despatching, invoicing, ensuring on time delivery and stock management.

The Taiwanese Foxconn branch in Hungary was the main supplier of mobile phone parts to Nokia Hungary. I reported directly to the Legal Counsellor and was responsible for all the foreign workers’ visas and work permits - the role included constant communication with Immigration office, Embassies and Job Centres.
