Consistently update the Month End Calendar. Maintain a value added month end checklist and documentation requirements list Ensure the month end files are complete and submitted in a timely manner to the GFS management. Regularly spot check that operational controls are being performed effectively. Ensure Balance sheet reconciliations are performed appropriately, to coordinate a quality review and ensure the necessary approvals are obtained.
