- Responsible for reconciliations of sales/billing reports, - Providing monthly analysis of accounts receivables reports and customer credit limits reports - In charge of bank statement reconciliation - Performing postings to general ledgers e.g. funds allocations, bank charges and write-offs- Completing daily cash allocations to customer accounts as well as daily SEPA Direct Debits execution - Performing daily reconciliations of open debtors balances- running age debt reports and collecting outstanding invoices via phone, email and letter- responsible for executing dunning run on a weekly basis- Accountable for completion of all month end controls for auditing purposes - Ability to manage workload to ensure deadlines are met - Liaising on daily basis with German, Austrian and Swiss markets, conducting weekly meetings discussing updates about transition and ongoing changes of accounting processes, summarising monthly performances and issue resolving- Providing initiatives to improve processes, making them more effective and efficient- Managing debtors credit limits via their order values so as to ensure an ever-growing credit provision to established customers and least risk of non-payments - Demonstrating a customer service focussed attitude- Having a flexible and supportive manner towards all team members, providing cross training and carrying a positive approach
