Beate Størkson is a Norwegian entrepreneur and businesswoman. Founding her first company already at the age of 25. Mrs Størkson is referred to as a serial entrepreneur. Her merits include being named one of Norway’s 50 leading women within Information Technology in 2017. In 2016 she was named one of Norway’s leading female entrepreneurs, and in 2015 she was nominated for the ODA award, a prestigious price awarded to women who has shown extraordinary contributions for women within the Information Technology industry. She is currently founder and CEO of Viscenario, where she has taken forward a SaaS based system that transforms how construction companies manage and monitor their projects. The solution streamlines how construction companies operate, saving them time and money in both construction, handover and warranty period. With more than 100,000+ users in Europe, Viscenario has quickly become a leading platform. Viscenario was on Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2021 and 2022. She has also taken startups to a successful exit. She sold SaveIT to Software Innovation in 2007, the first company she founded. SaveIT quickly became the number one provider of Document Management and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in Norway. When sold the company had 28 employees with a turnover of 40 million NOK.
