More than 30 years of professional experience in different sectors of activity (IT, automotive equipment manufacturers, telecommunications) have allowed me to evolve in heterogeneous corporate cultures and to experiment with very diverse and human-rich management methods. As an HR partner of international and multicultural organizations and passionate about change management, I have accompanied French and foreign leaders in the organization and transformation of their teams.I know both the ecosystem of large groups and of smaller structures that have become autonomous having actively contributed to it : transfers of employees to different continents, redefinition of culture and values, revitalization of employee engagement.Expert in talent management, I master all the stages: detection of High Potentials during team and calibration reviews, succession plans, career and development interviews.
