Prepare all talent releases and ensure they are completed, signed and filed for future reference. Clients include Pitbull, Marianas Trench, Mother Mother, The Tenors, Emily Haines (Metric).-Book travel/transportation for producers, directors and talent, prepare travel itineraries.-Work closely with producers, directors and other crew members to meet deadlines, ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of final projects while managing tight budgets and timelines.-Provide production support on shoots in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
