I am a highly motivated and curious individual, always eager to discover and learn new things. With a background in economics and a strong interest in continuous personal and professional development, I have actively engaged in various roles and projects to expand my skill set and step out of my comfort zone. During my time with RATIO, the association of accounting students, I was part of the HR department where I played a key role in organizing and managing several initiatives. Notably, I contributed to the successful execution of the RATIO Academy, a 7-day summer camp focused on economics. Here, I facilitated interactive workshops presented by industry partners and successful entrepreneurs, providing students with valuable learning opportunities.Additionally, I took part in organizing the charitable event 'Contabilitatea Faptelor Bune,' coordinating online fundraising activities such as Kahoot evenings, treasure hunts, and webinars with influencers. Despite the challenges of operating in a fully online environment, these events were highly successful and raised significant funds for important causes.My organizational skills are complemented by a strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with team members and stakeholders.
