I run Group Fitness classes at different venues in Milton Keynes. I mainly help women with their health and wellbeing through exercise, but I have also taught after school clubs and holiday camps for kids, family classes and chair exercise for the elderly. I teach group sessions and use circuits, tabata with and without weights, yoga stretching and meditation and make it fun, I also teach boxercise and penalty box fitness.I keep records of members registration, H&S screening, attendance, cash handling, taking bookings for classes, regularly monitoring, updating and advertising the social media pages, basic nutrition advice and workout plans.

Setting up, monitoring and Supervising Activity Sessions at the family centre in line with EYFS.I used to organise and run the Family Arts and Craft Sessions once a week for 6 months.Filling out EYFS activity session session paperwork.Helping new parents/carers register with the family centre.Helping with displays.

Maintaining the yard and stables. Grooming and tacking the horses and ponies. Leading the horses during Ride High lessons for the children.
