It's important that everybody honestly feels just how important they are for the team. I have a watchword -respect, and it goes both ways. My work ethic is really high and as a leader, I must always lead by example. I make well-informed decisions as well as take full responsibility for my decisions. I feel comfortable in my role as a leader and I can easily recognize the different strengths different team members have. It's easy for me to delegate, it is important to maximize the outcome of the team-members competence. I think and hope the team members feel comfortable and excited to go to work. I am solution-focused, easily identifying what needs to be prioritized. I see potential and have the ability to see the bigger picture and to see “outside the box”. I'm thorough and a leader who´s always present. It is important that as a leader I stay one or two steps ahead of the team to lead the work toward the goal. As a person, I am inquisitive and always willing to learn and get new experiences.
