My greatest passion is to work with people. I delight in using my knowledge and skills to help others achieve their full potential. My years of experience have been in working with people, especially in the field of education, working in the community(civic education), to working directly with employees in the corporate world. The uniqueness of this is that I have grown in my ability to train, tap and utilize the potential in each individual. This skill set is what I am looking forward to expanding in my next role in talent acquisition, talent development, or any other HR related functions.
