Third Phase- Administrative Clerk - Updated administrative filing area, managed confidential personnel files, hired new employees and scheduled them for training, fingerprinted new hires, terminated employees, input time and attendance for payroll for 300 plus employees, responsible for preparation and generation of new hire/termination documents, prepared and generated statistical weekly reports, received and directed calls and visitors to the appropriate departments, trained new administrative clerks.
