Responsible for creating cost effective project plans and developing schedules for the completion of projects. Design and technical plan review of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sign drawings. Providing store planning and design direction or suggestions to the tenant and/or tenant’s architect. Expedient and effective communication skills. Knowledgeable of mall systems, existing and proposed, and how tenant will tie into them, including utilities, data transmission, etc. Efficiently tracking and implementing scheduling for tenant permit submissions to the local governing agencies. Attend weekly action/asset meetings to ensure awareness of all aspects of the mall especially on issues that pertain to tenant’s design and construction, ie base building, construction schedule, etc.Visiting Properties regularly to monitor progress of tenant’s construction and promote methods to expedite the Tenant's construction progress.
