• Managed the Philippine E-Commerce Operations team that services FMCG and home brands on marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop)• Ensured that operational SLAs (e.g. ship on time, cancellation rate) of brands on marketplacesaren’t breached to support sales targets. This was achieved by conducting monthly capacity planning and business reviews with internal & external stakeholders (Commercial, Planning, 3PL Warehouse) and troubleshooting day-to-day issues

• Led the supply planning activities across all Philippine kitchens and ensured the end-to-end availability of ingredients to meet sales requirements• Achieved 95% dish availability & 98% ingredient availability while maintaining 13 days (RM) and 6 days (FG) overall system stock covers for the central warehouse & nationwide kitchens combined.
